With Brexit delayed but imminent we find ourselves still awaiting the realities of a break from Europe. However, much has evolved in environmental law this year so please join us for an update on the highlights along with a look ahead to 2020. 

We will be considering the potential effect on environmental law of Brexit in addition to the recent Environmental Principles Consultation. SEPA will be discussing the reform of environmental authorisations and what we can expect in the next few months and there will be speakers from the waste industry discussing the potential implications of the 2021 ban on sending municipal biodegradable waste to landfill. 

We will also be looking at those issues which are topical, including clean air emission zones, and our traditional case review will also feature.
