This half day conference, will give delegates an important opportunity to discuss and debate the Scottish Government's current consultation on Environmental Principles and Governance post Brexit.  The programme will consider the impact of this consultation for environmental law in Scotland, with views from the legal profession, academia, industry and NGOs all represented on the speaker panels; and draw comparisons with approaches adopted in other UK jurisdictions, in particular Wales which is running its own consultation and England where part 1 of the Environment Bill has been published.
